With all the pressures of life becoming increasingly hard to juggle, I give thanks every day for the sense of well being that my relationship with dance has given me. Confidence to approach people for work, creative problem solving and health problems that quickly resolve. I attribute most of my good fortune to keeping my body ticking over.
This is now being talked about a lot in the press. Finally, the proof that dance really is super good for you is emerging through research. Take a moment to google dance and health and you will see lots of wonderful articles that reinforce that you should just go for it. It is never too late.
